For the holiday house is a to pay a unique deposit EUR 150, -. The deposit is refunded at the end of the rental period.

WiFi is available (no costs).

The prices contain the unique supply of bedlinen and towels (note: no beach sheets) and the energy costs.

The minimum renting duration amounts to one week. After one week you can be rented also by the day.

A central heating is available for the wintertime according to gas price.

You do not need to keep a special journey day.

 

Reservation modalities:

If you should decide for a vacation on the holiday house you receive a reservation confirmation, from which all closer information comes out.

Usually you paid 1/3 of the total rent as pre-payment, 2/3 of the rent are to be transferred to three weeks before travel beginning.

Always after receipt of the payment you receive a receipt confirmation.
